Quick baffle repair after a backup — same-day fix

Called Monday morning, they were out by early afternoon. The outlet baffle had broken and solids had started moving toward the drainfield. They replaced the baffle, installed an effluent filter (we hadn't had one), and gave us a frank conversation about the age of the system.

Repair was inexpensive. The honest part of the conversation — 'this buys you time, not a new system' — is what I appreciated most.
